If you'd like to try
a little chinese cooking
at home, follow these
few basic tips ...

Prepare all ingredients
before you start
to cook.

Keep all ingredients to
roughly the same size,
stir frying is a very fast
method of cooking &
different sizes may not
cook evenly.

Heat the wok before
adding the oil and
     heat the oil before
adding the food.

Stir fry meat, poultry
and seafood over a high
heat in small batches
so that the food will brown
and seal quickly.

It's very important to
keep lifting, stirring
and moving the
ingredients in the wok
constantly while stir frying.

Stir fried food must be
served immediately
after cooking.
